Refund Policy

The Customer may be refunded should a trip be cancelled by the mobile safari, but only for valid and extenuating circumstances, i.e., in respect of road accidents where the trip is no longer able to take place. The refundee shall bear the bank’s charges. 

No refunds will be made for no-shows or for any unused services, irrespective of whether they form part of the basic inclusive tour price or are in respect of pre-booked or optional arrangements.

Any refunds will incur handling fees and be subject to cancellation policies.
