Bush Nature Safaris reserves its right of admission, to that point, for trips exceeding two days. Only persons 16 or older may book with Bush Nature Safaris; this does not apply to day trips, as Bush Nature Safaris may allow minors 5 years or older to book.
Cancellation
The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
- The Conservation, Community, and Reserve Fee is forfeited, and 20% cancellation fee (deposit forfeit) from confirmation to 59 days prior to travel; oe 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 58 – 30 days prior to travel; or cancellation is subject to the policies of the third-party service providers used by Bush Nature Safaris.
- Date changes will be treated on an individual basis and will attract an administration fee and in some instances cancellation fees depending on the third party service provider’s terms and conditions.
- Bush Nature Safaris reserves the right to cancel tours without compensation, in the event that any person engaged in the tour behaves in a manner so as to endanger the life of any other person on the tour.
Refunds
The Customer may be refunded should a trip be cancelled by the mobile safari, but only for valid and extenuating circumstances, i.e., in respect of road accidents where the trip is no longer able to take place. The refundee shall bear the bank’s charges.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or for any unused services, irrespective of whether they form part of the basic inclusive tour price or are in respect of pre-booked or optional arrangements.
Any refunds will incur handling fees and be subject to cancellation policies.
